At Bearmatchtees, operated by Brian Armando Palacios Gonzalez, we take intellectual property (“IP”) rights seriously. This Intellectual Property Protection Policy outlines our commitment to respecting the rights of creators, brands, and businesses, and it explains how IP owners can report alleged infringements found on our website (https://bearmatchtees.com).

1. Respect for Intellectual Property

At Bearmatchtees, we firmly believe in the importance of creativity and innovation. We value and respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect all visitors, customers, and partners who interact with our website to do the same.

All materials appearing on our website—including logos, trademarks, product designs, photos, descriptions, text, graphics, and other content—are protected under U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing on our website should be construed as granting any license or right to use Bearmatchtees’s trademarks, trade dress, or copyrighted materials without our express written permission. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

2. Prohibited Infringement

Users and third parties are not permitted to upload, distribute, or sell any materials or products that infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights of another party.

Although our website does not host user-generated content or seller uploads, Bearmatchtees maintains a zero-tolerance policy for infringement. If any product or image on our site is found to violate another party’s rights, it will be promptly removed following proper verification.

3. Reporting IP Infringements (DMCA Takedown Procedure)

If you are an intellectual property owner (or authorized agent) and believe that material on Bearmatchtees.com infringes your copyright or trademark, please submit a written notice to us with the subject line “IP Infringement Notice.”

Your notice must include the following information (as required under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for U.S.-based complaints):

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe has been infringed.
    • Include details such as the URL of the allegedly infringing product or page, and a description or registration number of your IP.
  2. Your contact information, including:
    • Full name
    • Company name (if applicable)
    • Address
    • Telephone number
    • Email address
  3. A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
  4. A statement of accuracy, confirming that the information in your notice is true, and that, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the IP owner.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature (typed full name is acceptable for digital submissions).

4. Our Investigation & Response

Upon receiving a complete and valid IP complaint, Bearmatchtees will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your notice within a reasonable time frame.
  • Review and investigate the alleged infringement.
  • Remove or disable access to the identified content or product if the complaint appears valid.

If applicable, Bearmatchtees may also notify the party associated with the material and provide them with an opportunity to respond.
In the case of copyright disputes, we comply fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and allow for counter-notices when removals are disputed.

5. Repeat Infringers

If our system detects repeated or confirmed violations of intellectual property rights, Bearmatchtees reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the responsible party’s account or listings (if any) and to take further legal or operational actions as necessary.

6. False or Misleading Claims

Submitting false, misleading, or malicious infringement reports is prohibited and may result in legal liability. You may be held responsible for any damages (including costs and attorney’s fees) incurred by Bearmatchtees or any other affected party if you knowingly misrepresent information in your notice.

7. Ownership of Bearmatchtees Content

All materials originating from Bearmatchtees, including our logos, brand names, marketing content, product designs, and original imagery, are the exclusive property of Brian Armando Palacios Gonzalez.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly forbidden.
