Eligibility for Returns
Items are eligible for return only if they meet the following conditions:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in the original condition in which it was received.
All original tags and labels are still attached.
The product is in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt) is provided.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.
All return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date the item is marked as delivered. Requests made after this period may not qualify for return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return

Your full name and order number.
A brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
A photo or video showing the current state of the item, especially in the case of damage or defects.
Our team will review your request and respond within 72 hours with further instructions.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
Receiving the wrong item,
A defective product, or
An item damaged during transit.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we are at fault.
Exchanges
We currently only accept exchanges under the following circumstances:
The item you received was damaged.
The item is defective or malfunctioning.
