Welcome to Bearmatchtees. We’re committed to ensuring that your orders are shipped safely, promptly, and with full transparency. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver your orders across the continental United States.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your orders, including:

• USPS (United States Postal Service)
• DHL Express
• EMS
• Local Postal Services (depending on your region)

All orders are processed only after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) on business days (Monday – Friday) will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or during weekends or U.S. postal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time & Shipping Fees

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Your estimated delivery date will depend on your shipping method and location. While we do everything possible to meet expected delivery windows, please note that transit delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods are beyond our control.

Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking email with a unique tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress in real-time.
If you don’t see this email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Personalized Orders

For customized or made-to-order items, additional time may be required to complete design and production.
Design times depend on complexity — we’ll notify you if your order requires extra processing before shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, Bearmatchtees only ships within the continental United States.
We do not ship to the following locations:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• APO/FPO or military addresses
• International destinations

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking link.

Please note:

• Tracking updates may take 3–7 days to appear after the carrier picks up your package.
• If tracking information remains unavailable, it may indicate the parcel has not yet been scanned by the carrier.
• If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@bearmatchtees.com so we can assist.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

• If your address is incomplete or incorrect, it may delay your order as we’ll need to contact you for clarification.
• Bearmatchtees is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to sender due to inaccurate details provided at checkout.
• Returned parcels may be disposed of by our shipping partners, and replacement shipments will require an additional re-shipping fee.
• Once your parcel has left our warehouse, we cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen, or redirected packages requested directly through the carrier.
